FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
How much does the program cost?
We have several pricing options available to suit your needs, including discounted rates in exchange for a testimonial when your health improves. Your first step is to book your free strategy call, then we can discuss which pricing option is right for you.
-
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes we certainly do. Just show us that you've implemented the steps of the program and if you're not satisfied your health has improved as a result of doing the program we'll give you 100% of your money back.
-
What if I don't currently have any health issues, should I still do the program?
If we asked you to score out of 10 how you feel each day in terms of energy levels, cognitive function and mood, what would your answer be? If it's anything less than 9/10 then there is room for improvement with your health. It's also worth noting that any health issues and diseases can develop in your body over years or even decades without you showing symptoms - one study showed that children as young as 10 years old living in the United States can have early signs of plaque buildup in their arteries (often a direct result of diet and lifestyle habits) which can be a precursor for heart attacks and strokes, and the average age for these is 65 years old!
-
Will the program help me to lose weight?
This is something you may not have heard before...You don't lose weight to be healthy, you first need to get healthy and then as a side effect, you will lose weight. In other words, if you're carrying excess weight, this is a symptom of other underlying health issues. The aim of this program is to get you healthier, to reverse your current health issues and prevent you from developing other health issues in the future (this is not a weight-loss program), however as a result of becoming healthier, it is highly likely that you will lose weight. Having said that, if you do NOT want to lose weight we can change your program to suit.
-
How long does the program take to complete?
The program consists of 8 different modules and we find that for most people it takes approximately 1 week to work through each module and start implementing the tools, processes and protocols - so the program will take most people 8-10 weeks. HOWEVER, this is not a program with a start and end date - this is about equipping you with the tools and knowledge to build a new healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life!
-
How much of a time commitment will the program take?
The program will take some work on your behalf within the first few weeks to go through the content and start to build your new lifestyle - approximately 8-10 hours. Additionally, several of the supplement protocols will require a level of planning and organization on your end. Following this, your new healthy habits will simply become part of your daily routine and won't require any additional time. But if you can't commit the time to yourself and your health, this may be a sign that the program is not a good fit for you, or possibly you might even need to review your priorities.
-
Will I need to take supplements?
We will undertake an initial assessment of your health during your strategy call, and a more in-depth assessment after you've completed your 'Symptom Picture Analysis' assessment. Based on this, we may prescribe you supplements to take temporarily. Additionally, the ZAP and FLUSH Protocols (modules 6 and 7) do require special supplements which you will need to order. All of the supplements we recommend are 100% natural and safe. Please note that we do not see supplements as a permanent solution - we use them for a finite period of time to create rapid change to your health, but the ultimate goal is that you get all of the nutrients you require 100% from your diet.
-
How does the 'Symptom Picture Analysis' work?
The 'Symptom Picture Analysis' (SPA) is the first thing you do when you join the program. It's essentially a questionnaire (that you can do from the comfort of your own home). The SPA has taken over 10 years to develop - it looks at 52 different biomarkers of your overall health and allows us to pinpoint the underlying cause(s) of your health issues and any future health vulnerabilities you may have.
-
Do I have to count calories or macros?
No you don't. The eating plan you will adopt as part of the program is unlike anything you will have seen before. It's taken years to develop and perfect. You're not implementing a diet, you're adopting a new sustainable lifestyle, and it wouldn't be sustainable if you had to count calories (like most 'diets' out there)!
